MIKE HUNSINGER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Mike Hunsinger started his painting careers as an apprentice with American Design Painting, Inc. in 1982. In January of 2000, Mike was promoted to the position of General Superintendent. In December of 2001 he was named the company’s Director of Operations and was elected a Vice President 2003. Mike is responsible for the day-to-day performance of our field staff of 175, for the implementation and oversight of the Company’s OSHA and hazardous waste materials handling compliance, and for the fulfillment of our commitment of quality and service. Our five full time superintendents; Tom Summit for the Central San Diego, Louie Ledesma for the I 78 corridor and Art Cruz in Riverside County, Hector Arenas for South Bay and Enrique Lucero for Imperial County, report directly to Mike Hunsinger. This field management crew deals directly with our individual job foreman, the builder's job superintendent, the paint manufacturer’s representatives and any other members of the support team. They are conscientious and diligent supervisors who are dedicated to making certain that every aspect of our painting operation is performed without a hitch, meaning that; your painting requirements are understood by our painters on the job, the construction schedule is being met, and the quality of work meets or exceeds your expectations.
